Terms of Use

Use the site for normal gameplay and browsing.

Terms

By using GameHub, you agree to use the website, public games, premium games, player pages, and related services only for lawful personal gameplay, testing, and browsing.

  • Do not attack, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer hosted services, or bypass access controls.
  • Do not upload, inject, or share harmful code, credential files, private keys, or malware through any game or runtime.
  • GameHub can update, remove, or reorganize games, routes, documentation, and premium entries as the catalog changes.
  • Some games may have their own rules, save behavior, multiplayer limits, or account requirements.

Privacy Policy

Public play stays local where possible.

Privacy

The public GameHub shell stores favorites, theme preference, recent games, and play stats in this browser's local storage. That public local data is not sent to the server by the homepage itself.

  • Server requests may still create normal host logs such as IP address, path, timestamp, and user agent depending on the deployment platform.
  • Realtime or multiplayer games may process room codes, player names, scores, session events, and connection status needed to run the match.
  • Premium Firebase login, when configured, may process account identifiers such as UID, email, display name, provider data, and auth tokens through Firebase and the premium auth flow.
  • Do not enter sensitive personal information into player names, room names, or game inputs unless a game explicitly requires it.

Cookie and Local Storage Policy

The site mainly uses browser storage.

Cookies

GameHub does not require advertising cookies for the public arcade shell. It uses browser storage to remember local preferences and gameplay convenience data.

  • Stored public keys include favorites, theme, recent games, and local play statistics.
  • Premium login providers such as Firebase may use their own browser storage or tokens to keep a user signed in.
  • Clearing browser data can reset favorites, theme, recent games, local stats, and login state.

Premium Access and Accounts

Premium routes are separate from the public arcade.

Premium

Premium games are hosted under the premium shell and may use heavier runtimes, Socket.IO rooms, or Firebase account features. Access details may differ by game.

  • Premium account support depends on the production Firebase configuration being injected by the host.
  • Some premium games are open access, while account-enabled games may store progression or identity inside their own game flow.
  • Guest and account-backed data may not always sync unless the individual game is built to support that behavior.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Paid access needs clear purchase terms.

Refunds

If GameHub later enables paid premium access, subscriptions, one-time purchases, or paid downloads, the checkout page should state the price, renewal terms, cancellation process, and refund window before purchase.

  • Until paid checkout is enabled, this section works as a readiness policy rather than a live billing workflow.
  • For digital content, refunds may depend on access usage, regional consumer law, duplicate purchases, failed delivery, or mistaken billing.
  • Cancellation should stop future renewals, but it may not automatically refund already delivered digital access unless the purchase terms say so.

Acceptable Use Policy

Keep multiplayer and hosted routes clean.

Use

Players should not use GameHub to harass others, cheat in multiplayer, exploit runtime bugs, bypass room controls, or interfere with normal service operation.

  • No abusive names, hate content, threats, impersonation, spam, or disruptive room behavior.
  • No automated request flooding, socket abuse, credential probing, or attempts to expose private server files.
  • No copying, rehosting, or redistributing games or assets unless the relevant license allows it.

Third-Party Content and Open Source

Libraries and services keep their own licenses.

Notices

GameHub may use third-party packages, vendor scripts, fonts, game engines, media, Firebase services, Socket.IO, and other libraries. Their licenses and service terms still apply.

  • Open-source notices should remain available in package metadata, vendor folders, or related source files.
  • External services can change their own terms, limits, pricing, and availability.
  • When adding new games, keep license files, credits, and attribution requirements with the game where needed.

Disclaimer and Liability Limits

Games are provided as available.

Disclaimer

GameHub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Browser games can contain bugs, save conflicts, performance issues, third-party outages, or device-specific behavior.

  • No guarantee is made that every game will work on every device, browser, network, or host.
  • Back up important project files and credentials before deploying or modifying the repository.
  • To the extent allowed by law, GameHub is not responsible for indirect losses, lost progress, downtime, or local device/browser storage resets.

Accessibility Statement

Navigation should stay readable and reachable.

Access

GameHub aims for readable contrast, keyboard-reachable links and controls, responsive layout, and reduced reliance on decorative motion for core navigation.

  • Some individual games may still have different accessibility coverage depending on their engine and control model.
  • Important site links should remain available through normal anchors and clean routes.
  • Report inaccessible text, overlap, missing labels, or keyboard traps so the site can be improved.

Contact and Updates

Keep policy updates tied to the hosted site.

Contact

Use the site owner's published contact method, support channel, repository issue tracker, or hosting admin contact to send legal, privacy, copyright, billing, or accessibility requests.

  • Include the route, game name, browser, and a short description when reporting a site problem.
  • Policy wording should be reviewed whenever payment, analytics, public accounts, chat, uploads, or wider data collection is added.
  • Material updates should change the last-updated date and keep old commitments from being silently contradicted.
